Toyama Hikari

Hikaru Toyama, a manga artist residing in Nagano Prefecture, gained experience as an assistant to Mio Murao. Following this experience, she made her debut in 1982 with "Radical C-cho Connection," thus embarking on her career as a manga artist. Her talent seems to run in the family, as her niece, Ema Toyama, is also a manga artist.
